These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tbazee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at tbazee.bet and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and features offered by tbazee.

By registering an account, logging in, accessing any game, placing a bet, or depositing funds on tbazee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules that may apply. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

tbazee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-site notice. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. tbazee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active tbazee account. Opening duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods for the same individual, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tbazee will close all but the original account and may void any winnings or bonus credits accrued across the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a tbazee account:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Employees, directors, or contractors of tbazee or any of its affiliated companies
• Persons who have previously had an account closed by tbazee for breach of these Terms
• Persons who have self-excluded from tbazee under the responsible gaming programme
• Persons accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbazee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. tbazee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tbazee support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to prevent further activity while the investigation is ongoing.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

tbazee may at any time request that you complete identity and/or payment verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). This may include providing a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tbazee may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tbazee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may be updated periodically without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. tbazee reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without notice. Players with enhanced account status may be eligible for higher limits subject to additional verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. Standard processing times are between one (1) hour and forty-eight (48) hours, depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by tbazee. tbazee reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on tbazee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player when using an international payment method are the player's sole responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tbazee are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Any unmet bonus balance at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. tbazee reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Coordinated play across multiple accounts to generate bonus credits
• Registration of duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once
• Use of automated betting strategies or software designed to circumvent wagering requirements

5.4 Promotional Changes

tbazee reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion does not affect any bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the withdrawal date, provided those funds are used in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on tbazee — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate using independently verified random number generation systems or certified live game hardware provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbazee platform:

• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. tbazee will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction status. Malfunction voids all pays and play. tbazee's decision regarding the resolution of any malfunction is final.

8.1 Service Availability

tbazee provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to network failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. tbazee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbazee's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall tbazee be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

8.3 Player Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on tbazee are made entirely at the player's own risk and discretion. tbazee provides information and tools to support informed play, but the final decision to place any bet or wager rests solely with the player. tbazee accepts no responsibility for any financial loss arising from a player's betting or gaming decisions.

9.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbazee Platform — including but not limited to the tbazee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of tbazee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tbazee.

9.2 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tbazee's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to tbazee's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. tbazee's decisions regarding account matters, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

9.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbazee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
